Some of my absolute favorite milestone sessions are the Sitter Session, when baby is sitting unassisted but not quite mobile, and the One Year Session. But truly, we can capture any milestone in between! I adore showcasing those sweet, chunky thighs, chubby cheeks, and even a bit of drool... it’s all part of the magic. My sessions keep things simple and focused on your baby, with minimal props to let their natural beauty shine through. I love using monochromatic setups to create timeless, classic portraits. And with my littlest client closet, you won’t need to worry about shopping. I’ve got the perfect outfits for every baby!

**Sessions take place on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 AM to 1 PM in my beautiful downtown Canandaigua studio.

It's session day!! We will have up to an hour for your beautiful session. You don't even have to shop for your baby. Just arrive and we can go through my little closet together. I have headbands for girls as well!
After our session, we'll cozy up and dive right into the magic we just created. If you're anything like me, instant gratification is key! Together, we'll handpick your favorites on the spot. Once you've made your selections, your polished gallery will land in your inbox within three weeks, each image meticulously edited to perfection.

Common FAQs
Q: How long have you been a photographer?
A: I took a darkroom class in high school. This was 2002! It was love at first click for me. I started photographing my twin baby sisters and it was at that time that I realized just how fast babies change. I felt the need to document all their little features. I then worked for a chain portrait studio in Greece, NY for several years until I finally worked up the courage to go off on my own. I opened Lulu Belle in 2013 have never looked back!
Q: What if my baby won't Cooperate?
A: There is no such thing as a bad baby. Just babies that are scared, tired, hungry or sick. I allow plenty of time for your baby to warm up to me. This is usually only needed for one year olds. I never push the session past the one hour mark. I never want to overstimulate your baby or push their limits too hard. In the event that we are truly unable to get any images, I will have you come back to try again on a different day. This is very rare, however.
Q: Can I bring a cake?
A: Yes! For a One Year Session, cakes are welcome! I do not provide the cake for allergen reasons. The cake will be done at the end of the session.
Q: what do i bring?
A: A way to feed your baby, puffs, cheerios, a bottle, etc. A cake if you'd like (1 year sessions only please). I have an entire closet of timeless outfits for boys and girls, so don't stress too much about clothes. I can also help you pick something unique if you want to buy something special.

You will receive 25-30 high-resolution digital photographs to choose from, a personal-use print release, and all of my years of experience to help ensure everything is both super fun & stress-free along the way.
